1. Evendale Elementary School, 3940 Glendale-Milford Road, Evendale, Ohio 45241.
Princeton City School District has requested a ground and wall sign for the new Elementary School. Section 1262.10 of the Evendale Zoning Code prohibits all ground and wall signs in the Residential District.
2. Approval of the minutes for the January 27, 2005 meeting.
